How Training Works

1. Private, One-on-One Sessions

All sessions are 30 minutes — the ideal length for focused, effective clinical exercise.

2. Delivered by a Master-Level Exercise Specialist

Kevin (MS in Exercise Science) delivers most training sessions.
Dr. Peters designs and oversees each client’s program to ensure clinical accuracy and safety.

3. Monthly Billing for Simplicity

You’re billed once per month for the number of sessions you choose.
No long-term contracts. No hidden fees.

4. Facility Access

Clients may use the studio before or after their session when space is available.

The entire workout session is organized from start to finish so that your time at the studio is focused on you and achieving your specific results. You come in, we focus on your workout, and you leave feeling good about your accomplishments after experiencing an effective and efficient workout.

We ensure proper form is combined with prescribed frequency, intensity, type, and timing.

All training sessions take place in your own private suite! Each suite consists of a full array of strength training and cardiovascular equipment.

Luxury & Exclusivity

Each training suite is equipped with a High Efficiency Particle Air (HEPA) filtration system. We also provide chilled, distilled water and sanitized hand towels for your convenience.
